How much does Venetian plastering cost?
Venetian plaster is a luxurious finish. It usually costs $150/m2 but it will greatly depend on the space that needs to be covered. Other considerations include the materials needed, the intricacies of the wall and the project deadline or duration.
What is the difference between traditional Venetian plaster and real Venetian plaster?
Real Venetian plaster has a thicker layer compared to the traditional one. Plaster is usually single-hued while Venetian plaster is more polished and layered with colours. Venetian plaster contains marble dust so it adds a smooth and beautiful finish.
Can Venetian plaster be used in wet areas?
Venetian plaster can definitely be used in wet areas but it should not directly hit the water. It is can be used for walls of bathrooms, laundries and toilets but not in showers, sinks or bath tubs.
